River Tech LLC holds the brand, the curriculum model, and the intellectual property. It does not itself operate a school. River Tech School of Performing Arts & Technology is operated by Faithful Five Inc., an Idaho nonprofit corporation, under license from River Tech LLC.
The policies below govern that flagship school. They are published here because a licensee is buying a way of running a school, not only a name, and the standards that come with the name should be readable before anyone signs anything.

River Tech School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
